A while back I headed out to Drumheller to help Cassie’s Camera shoot a beautiful intimate wedding on a farm. Heres some of my favs from the day:
During the month of November when you book your wedding day coverage, I’m including your choice of a free engagement session or a 20×30″ print from your wedding! Head over to the contact me section and drop me a line. Let’s grab a drink and talk about your special day!

Often when I work with other photographers I try to nab a few frames of them working with out them knowing. For the vast majority of the photographers I know, we prefer to stay behind the camera. Being in front for some (like me is) borderline torture, hence there are very few frames of us since we are generally the ones taking the picture. I’ve worked a fair amount with Cassie over the past few months as our styles and approach are very similar. So when she saw this image and captioned it “moment hunting” it got me thinking about my style of photography…
My style is largely based around candid, photojournalistic moments. Even though I shoot with a lot of off camera flash, the amount of posing I do is limited to slight modifications of what my couples are naturally already doing.
I’m hunting moments, real moments, emotion filled moments.

Saturday night I set up a photobooth for C & D’s wedding reception. Every single time I set up my photobooth (which is really more like a studio on location) it becomes the hit of the reception. With a constant stream of guests rolling through, its a great way to ensure you get some awesome images of all your guests. My photobooth is available with on site printing which is a great way to give your guests a little thank you!
